If you accept every ringThen there is ground to hear his words, and the words of the witnesses he appointed, as the word of God, among them “No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).

If Jesus lived, died on the cross and was proclaimed risen by witnesses from soon afterwards, if the resurrection best explains those facts, and if he claimed for himself the authority that belongs to God alone, then the answer that makes him ‘one of the prophets’ no longer stands.

You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.
